People often think it is extremely difficult to make a website. That is not the case! Everyone can learn how to make a website. And if you read on, you will have made one in just one hour.
What is needed?
If you want to write an article then what you need?? ...a paper. Like in the same way to write HTML codes you need a platform to write.So,to write HTML codes you need notepad.
If you want your program to be written clearly and easily editable then i advice you to use a compiler called Notepad++.

If you are not using Windows, you can use a similar simple text editor. For example, Pico (Linux) or TextEdit (Mac).
